Catherine works en plein air and then in her own studio outside her home on the Morley Rd. in Eastern Cape Breton.

For the past eight years, Catherine has been the coordinator for the Art of Living program which has an exhibition every summer at the Centre with established artists and cancer patients.

The Cape Breton Centre for Craft & Design offer a variety of workshops throughout the year.

Their workshops provide scope for collective creativity, individual expression, technical mastery, and innovation. From introductory day sessions to more intense advanced multi-day workshops, we endeavour to accommodate all skill and interest levels.
